On Wednesday the 13th of March we welcomed Michael, our Rowan Representative to join us for a day of everything Rowan. We had a wonderful day enjoying the colors and textures but especially the latest Rowan designs. A firm favorite was Minimal by Martin Storey which appears on the cover of the latest magazine.
Yesterday I was not feeling great so I took a ball of Cotton Glacé home and started working on mapping the pattern and knitted the whole ball. This is a very relaxing pattern and you quickly develop the rhythm. I will periodically post updates as I work this fun pattern. Here is my progress with the first ball.
I will be posting some news soon but we are still in the process of getting the website all together. Lynda and I are really excited but we are still feeling our way through the process. We are looking forward to putting together an Archive photograph section so that you can be as inspired as we are. I love to look at all the beautiful projects that people have put together but I also like to look at the many group photographs from some of our store events.
If you are patient with me I am sure that i will be able to get this up and running perfectly. Maybe not tomorrow, maybe not next week, maybe not even next month but hopefully by the middle of summer.
